Jan 21, 2020 (China Knowledge) - Today 270 new bonds to be listed for trading, 41 new bonds put up for tender.
Today SSE T-bond index opened slightly higher, up 0.01% at 177.87 bp.
14-day pledge-style T-bond on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) fell 4 bp to 3.81%
PBoC will carry out RMB 100 bln of 14-day reverse repo , and no reverse repo will mature today.
The opening price of 1-day inter-bank pledge-style repo (DR001) was 2.50%, and the weighted average price of the previous day at 2.2271%. The opening price of the 7-day inter-bank pledge-style repo (DR007) priced at 2.60%，and the weighted average price of previous day was 2.5708%.
T-bond futures opened lower with 10-year and 5-year contracts down by 0.02% and 0.05%, respectively.
The yields on 10-year bond ‘190215’ issued by China Development Bank was slightly down 2.25 bp at 3.4950%.
In 2019, 2,464 corporate bonds were issued on China's exchange market, totalling RMB 2.54 trln.
More than 120 commercial banks have announced the 2020 interbank deposit issuance plan, of which Industrial Bank has declared RMB 850 bln. Certain city commercial banks have lowered their quota, with some fallen by 50%.
