CHUA SER MIANG is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience, primarily in investment banking. Mr Chua currently runs his own management consultancy firm, Eastwin Capital Pte Ltd, which he set up in 2013 after spending twenty years in both the private and public sectors.

Prior to this, Mr Chua was a Director of Corporate Finance at DMG & Partners Securities where he was primarily involved in cross border financial advisory and equity market transactions in Asia, particularly China.?He was also previously with Daiwa Securities SMBC Singapore Limited as a Vice President and Asia Growth Capital Advisory as its Executive Director. Mr Chua started his career with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, after graduating from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the CFA Institute, USA and the Singapore Institute of Directors.
