Apr. 12, 2012 (China Knowledge) – China South City Holdings Ltd<1668>, a leading developer and operator of integrated logistics and trade centers in China, said it has signed an agreement with Xinzheng government to undertake the construction and development of a large-scale integrated logistics and trade center in Xinzheng,
Zhengzhou City,
Henan province.
According to the agreement, the trade center will have a net land area of approximately 7 km sq.
China South City will bid for the Xinzheng land when such land is made available under the Xinzheng government’s tender, auction and listing-for-sale process, said the developer.
If the company successfully bid for land in Xinzheng, the development will be more than 10 years. The developer added.
Zhengzhou City government plans to build the largest scale and of highest degree of modernization commodities exchange center in the world. After completion, the center will have a total area of 12 million sq m, source reported.
