>, a major Chinese television and mobile phone manufacturer, has sold 1.52 million LCD TVs in November, 25.8% more than a year earlier, according to a statement filed with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange
Of the total sales, 596,976 were smart TVs and 277,178 were 3D TVs.
On the domestic market, 891,200 LCD TVs were sold last month, up 31.34% YoY, while 611,500 LCD TVs were sold in the overseas market, reflecting a YoY increase of 20.7%.
Last month, the company saw sales of smart phones reach 932,570 units, air conditioners soar 59.8% from a year earlier to 235,524 units, refrigerators increase 20.85% YoY to 31,046 units and washing machines grow 63.65% YoY to 127,119 units.
In the first eleven months of this year, TCL saw LCD TV sales total 13.91 million units, up 46.69% from a year earlier, while the sales of smart phones amounted to 5.88 million units, up 434.51% YoY.
