Dec. 5, 2012 (China Knowledge) - Honda Motor Co, a major Japanese carmaker, has announced that its joint ventures in China
sold 41,205 vehicles in China market in November this year, reflecting a YoY decrease of 29.5%.
In October 2012, Honda saw its auto sales in China plunge 54% YoY to 24,100 vehicles, due to the territorial dispute between China and Japan.
In the first eleven month of this year, the Japanese automaker sold a total of 535,300 vehicles in China, 0.8% less than in the corresponding period of 2011.
At Oct 29, 2012, the Company announced to cut its annual sales target in China from 750,000 units to 620,000 units.
