>, a leading provider of Internet, mobile and telecom value-added services in China, has said its net profit rose 32% YoY to RMB 3.22 billion in the third quarter of this year, boosted by strong growth in advertising and game revenues.
According to a statement filed with Hong Kong Stock Exchange
, the company's operation revenue for Q3 rose 43.4% YoY to RMB 7.5 billion.
From July to September, revenue from Internet value-added services, the largest revenue source, jumped 45.4% YoY to RMB 6 billion, while revenue from online advertising business grew 57% YoY to RMB 600.6 million.
In the first nine months of this year, the company's net profit amounted to RMB 9.27 billion, up 20.9% YoY, and its total revenue surged 54.3% from the same period of last year to RMB 31.74 billion in the period.
At the end of September, the company had 711.7 million active QQ users and 536.9 million active Qzone users.
