Basic earnings per share were estimated at RMB 0.22 during the period, said the company in a statement.
The company's operating revenue rose 9.04% YoY to RMB 428 million in the first six months. Revenue from admission ticket and cableway businesses grew 12.14% to RMB 252 million in the period, and the sector's gross profit margin hit 57.79%. The hotel business generated RMB 106 million in revenue, recording a gross profit margin of 25.84%.
Emei Shan Tourism earlier reported a net profit of RMB 9.81 million for the first quarter, 5.94% more than in the same period of last year. Operating revenue grew 12.10% to RMB 175 million in the first three months.
