Jun. 6, 2012 (China Knowledge) - BMW AG, the world's largest premium car maker, said yesterday that its sales in China
rose 32% YoY 27,185 units last month, sources reported.
In the first five months of this year, BMW saw its China
sales rise 34% YoY to 135,026 units.
Sales of BMW cars grew 31% YoY to 25,500 units in May, taking the total sales of BMW vehicles in the first five months to 125,800 units, 34% more than in the same period of 2011.
BMW Board Director Friedrich Eichiner expected last month that the company's auto sales in China
would grow between 25% and 30% this year.
