May. 3, 2012 (China Knowledge) - Sunac China Holdings Ltd<1918>, an integrated residential and commercial property developer in China, has posted RMB 2.2 billion-contractual sales for last month, reflecting a year-on-year jump of 113%.
The contractual sales were also more than RMB 2.04 billion the firm realized in March.
In April, the Hong Kong-listed
firm's contractual sales area totaled approximately 132,000 square meters, with average price of RMB 16,700 per sq m, nearly unchanged with RMB 16,750 per sq m a month ago.
Around 38% of the total contractual sales last month was derived from property sales in Tianjin
, while 22% in Beijing
, 16% in Chongqing
and a combined 24% mainly in Wuxi
In the first fourth months of this year, Sunac China earned RMB 6.57 billion in contractual sales, up 87% from a year earlier or accounting for 29.86% of its annual target of RMB 22 billion.
The company's contractual sales area for the four-month period totaled 410,000 sq m, with average price of about RMB 16,000 per sq m.
