May. 2, 2012 (China Knowledge) - Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Co Ltd became China's top motorcycle seller in the first quarter of this year with export value amounting to US$101.8 million, according to a report of a survey on major Chinese motorcycle firms made by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers.
Lifan Group ranked second with an export value of US$99.48 million, followed by Guangzhou
Dayang Motorcycle Co Ltd's US$83.73 million, Chongqing
Longxin Engine Co Ltd's US$82.26 million and Jiangmen
Dachangjiang Group Co Ltd's US$62.02 million.

Yinxiang Motorcycle (Group) Co Ltd was US$59.79 million, Wuyang-Honda Motors' US$54.93 million, Guangzhou
Zongshen Motorcycle Industrial Co's US$54.65 million, Jianshe Motorcycles' US$43.88 million and Guangzhou
Haojin Motorcycle Group Co's US$42.65 million.
The top ten motorcycle firms' total export value for the first quarter of 2012 reached US$685 million, accounting for 55.2% of the total.
In terms of export volume, Lifan Group led the sales with 160,900 motorcycles exported in the first three months ended Mar. 31, 2012, followed by Chongqing
Longxin Engine with 156,000 units and Chongqing
Yinxiang Motorcycle with 153,600 units.
