's motorcycle sales fell 9.9% year on year to 2.07 million units in March this year, according to the latest statistics released by the China
Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
The sales last month reflected a growth of 12.2% from February.
In the first three months, the country's motorcycle sales fell 8.8% year on year to 5.63 million units.
In March, the country's motorcycle exports grew 27.9% from February to 772,600 units. China
exported a total of 2.01 million motorcycles in the first three months, 4.8% less than in the same period of last year, and the export value rose 9.5% year on year to US$1.06 billion.
