>, a major beer brewery in China, has said that its net profit grew 14.3% year on year to RMB 1.74 billion last year.
Basic earnings per share were RMB 1.29 in 2011, up 14.3% year on year, and the beer maker proposed a final dividend of RMB 0.26 per share, up from RMB 0.18 for 2010.
Tsingtao Brewery realized RMB 23.16 billion in operating revenue in 2011, 16.38% more than in the previous year.
The company sold 3.99 million kiloliters of Tsingtao-branded beer last year, up 15% year on year. The figure included 1.2 million kiloliters of high-end beer products, 23% more than in 2010.
Tsingtao Brewery's brand value reached RMB 50.2 billion in 2011, ranking first in the domestic beer industry.
