Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.44 in 2011, and no dividend was declared for the year.
Yunnan Copper's operating revenue climbed 9.67% year on year to RMB 35.24 billion in 2011.
The company produced 66,324 metric tons of copper last year, 3.55% higher than its target for the year.
The output of refiner copper grew 15.96% year on year to 380,200 metric tons last year, and that of gold and silver reached 6.18 metric tons and 474 metric tons, respectively.
In 2011, the firm aims to produce 387,000 metric tons of high purity cathode copper, 6.6 metric tons of gold, 430 metric tons of silver and 521,000 metric tons of iron ore concentrate.
