Feb. 1, 2012 (China Knowledge) - Uni-President Enterprises Corp, the Taiwan-based
food and beverage production giant, on January 30 kicked off construction on a new plant in Kunshan
Province with a total investment of US$105.6 million.
The move is to expand its output capacity in mainland China, said the Taiwanese company. Uni-President began to build facilities in Kunshan
in 1993 to principally produce beverages and instant noodles.
