Kweichow Moutai reported a net profit of RMB 6.57 billion for the first three quarters of 2011, nearly 60% more than that in the same period of 2010, due to a price hike and an increase in liquor sales volume. Basic earnings per share were RMB 6.33 in the reporting period.
The company realized RMB 13.64 billion of operating revenue in the first nine months of last year, reflecting a robust growth of 46.26% year on year.
