Tianjin Faw Xiali Automobile Co Ltd<
000927> announced today that its autocar sells declined 10.38% year-on-year to 19,182 vehicles in April this year.
Last month, the automaker produced 17,946 vehicles including 13,536 units of Xiali series, reflecting a year-on-year decline of 38.28%.
From January to April this year, the
Shenzhen listed company saw its autocar sales reached 77,032 vehicles, 25.54% lower than it realized in the same period of last year.
The total production for the first four-months this year declined 28.11% to 75,029 units. These comprise of 63,130 units of Xiali series and 21,489 units of Wei series.
In the first quarter of this year, the Chinese automaker's operation revenue dropped 32.49% year-on-year to RMB 2.06 billion, however its net profit attributed to shareholders increased 6.62% than a year earlier to RMB 54.86 million, sources reported.
