Sichuan Province, earned RMB 4.82 billion in net profit attributable to shareholders in the first nine months of this year, reflecting a year-on-year increaser of 41.91%.
In the reporting period, the
Shenzhen-listed liquor producer saw its operating revenue increase 36.41% year on year to RMB 15.65 billion. Earnings per share were nearly RMB 1.27 and rate of return on net asset was 24.39%.
For the third quarter of 2011, Wuliangye Yibin's net profit increased 28.32% year on year or 13.66% quarter on quarter to RMB 1.46 billion. The firm's operating revenue reached RMB 5.05 billion, up 29.75% year on year or up 16.18% quarter on quarter.
As of Sep. 30, 2011, the company had RMB 19.03 billion in cash, RMB 4.9 billion more than at the beginning of this year.
Wuliangye Yibin, which produced 110,000 tons of liquor in 2010, targets 130,000 ton liquor output for 2011.
