Nov. 27, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Hong Kong's exports fell 13.1% from a year earlier to HK$240.8 billion in October after a drop of 8.6% in September, according to statistics released by the Census and Statistics Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region yesterday.
