Nov. 20, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Hong Kong stocks declined on Friday. The Hang Seng Index, the benchmark, opened 156 points lower at 22,486.56. After touching the intraday low of 22,376.36 points, the blue-chip Hang Seng Index dropped 187.32 points or 0.83% to close at 22,455.84.
