Elec-Tech International to raise RMB 1.53 bln via private placement

Oct. 15, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Elec-Tech International Co Ltd<002005>, a Chinese firm mainly engaged in the development, manufacturing and sale of household appliances, yesterday announced that it will issue up to 160 million shares to four investors. The company said in a statement filed with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that it hopes to raise up to RMB 1.53 billion through the private p
