Brandes Investment raises stake in SmarTone to 7.05%

Oct. 12, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Brandes Investment Partners, L.P, a global leading investment advisory firm, recently raised its shareholding in SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Ltd<0315> to 7.05% from the previous 6.96%, according to the bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing<0388>.
