COFCO, Longfor, local firm buy land in Chengdu for RMB 4 bln

Oct. 7, 2009 (China Knowledge) - COFCO Property (Group) Co Ltd<000031>, Longfor Group and Sichuan Blue Ray Industry Corp have won the bids for nearly 500 Mu of land in Chengdu, Sichuan Province for a total of RMB 4.37 billion, sources reported. Poly Real Estate Group Co Ltd<600048>, China Resources Land Ltd<1109> and China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd<0688> also bid
