Shanda Games raises US$1.04 bln from US IPO

Sep. 29, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Shanda Games Ltd<GAME>, a spin-off of Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd<SNDA>, raised US$1.04 billion from its initial public offering on the Nasdaq market on Friday.
