Sep. 22, 2009 (China Knowledge) - China Minmetals Corp, the country's largest state-owned metal and mineral producer and trader, will issue the second batch of medium-term notes of this year worth RMB 3.5 billion to institutional investors on the interbank market on Sept. 27, sources reported.
