Irico Display Devices to raise RMB 3.5 bln via private placement

Sep. 22, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Irico Display Devices Co Ltd<600707> on Monday announced that it would issue up to 540 million shares to not more than 10 investors. The company said in a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange that it hopes to raise up to RMB 3.5 billion through the placement. The issue price will be not less than RMB 6.6 per share, or 90% of the average price fo
