Shanda Games to launch IPO next Friday

Sep. 17, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Shanda Games Ltd, a spin-off of top Chinese online game operator Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd<SNDA>, will launch an initial public offering on the Nasdaq market on Sep.25. Shanda Games expects to raise up to US$788 million by selling 63 million American depositary shares at the price range between US$10.50 and US$12.50, according to sources.
