Haier to set up distribution affiliate in Shanghai

Sep. 16, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Haier Electronics Group Co Ltd<1169>, a subsidiary of Haier Group, said on Monday that its board has decided to set up an affiliated firm in Shanghai in a bid to expand its sales in third and fourth-tier markets in China.
