Guangzhou Hengyun to invest RMB 1.18 bln in 2 power plants

Sep. 15, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Guangzhou Hengyun Enterprises Holding<000531>, an electric and thermal power producer, on Sep. 10 announced that it plans to issue 76.02 million shares to six companies for RMB 1.18 billion or RMB 15.53 per share and to increase its equity in two power plants in Guangdong Province by injecting capital, according to a statement filed with the Shenzhen Stock E
