Sep. 8, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services announced last week that it has downgraded its long-term issue rating on Country Garden Holdings'<2007> US$600 million 2.5% convertible bonds and US$300 million 11.75% senior unsecured notes with a maturity of five years to BB- from BB, sources reported.
