Baosteel sees improved profit in H2

Sep. 3, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Baoshan Iron and Steel Co<600019>, China's largest steelmaker, expects better business performance in the second half of this year, thanks to the recovering real estate, automobile and home appliance industries. Cheng Ying, secretary of the board, said at an online media briefing on Monday that the company will be able to achieve the goal of RMB 145.7 b
