Neo-China Land to sell HK$1.1-bln properties to Oriental Ginza

Aug. 25, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Neo-China Land Group (Holdings) Ltd<0563>, which was formerly known as Neo-China Group (Holdings) Ltd, plans to sell two property projects for a total of HK$1.1 billion to Oriental Ginza Holdings Ltd<0996>, according to a joint statement issued by the two real estate developers on Friday. One HK$228-million project, located in Haidian District, Beijin
