Aug. 7, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Chinese stocks opened slightly lower on Friday morning, tracking losses from the previous closing.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index, which covers both A shares and B shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, opened at 3,352.66 points, down 0.11% or 3.67 points from the previous closing.
