Ji Lin Ji En's subsidiary to buy 14.7% stake in Victory Nickel

Aug. 6, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Ji Lin Ji En Nickel Industry Co Ltd<600432> plans to acquire 14.7% equity interest in Canada-based Victory Nickel Inc through its overseas subsidiary, the Shanghai Securities News reported. Ji Lin Ji En said in a statement filed with the Shanghai Stock Exchange that its wholly-owned subsidiary in Canada will spend US$2.7 million to buy 38.5 million common sh
