Aug. 5, 2009 (China Knowledge) - The income of Hong Kong's restaurant sector dipped 0.7% year on year to HK$19.2 billion in the second quarter of this year, the Hong Kong government's Census and Statistics Department said on Monday.
Deducting the effect of price fluctuation, the total volume of restaurant receipts declined 2.3%, but the volume edged up 0.7% on a seasonally adjusted basis.
