CNOOC, Macquarie Bank sign agreement on calcinated coke

Aug. 4, 2009 (China Knowledge) - China National Offshore Oil Corp, the parent of CNOOC Ltd<0883><CEO>, on Aug. 3 announced that it has signed a contract with Australia's Macquarie Bank to introduce a Clean Development Mechanism into an existing calcinated coke production facility with an annual output of 400,000 tons, sources reported.
