Jul. 30, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Spring Airlines Co Ltd, a low-cost airline based in Shanghai, aims to expand its aircraft fleet to 100 from the current 13 by 2015, said Chairman Wang Ronghua, Reuters reported on Wednesday.
