Sina, E-House plan merger, seek U.S. listing

Jul. 28, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Sina Corp<SINA> and E-House (China) Holdings Ltd<EJ> on Jul. 24 announced that E-House's property information and consulting services subsidiary, CRIC Holdings, will enter the U.S. market after merging with Sina's China Online Housing, sources reported. E-House said it has proposed an initial public offering of CRIC to the U.S. Securities and Exchange
