Jul. 13, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Shanghai General Motors Co Ltd (Shanghai GM), General Motor Corp's passenger car venture with Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp (SAIC), has raised its full-year sales target for 2009 to 580,000 units from the previous 500,000 units, the Shanghai Securities News reported.
