GM raises China sales growth forecast to 20% for H2 2009

Jul. 10, 2009 (China Knowledge) - General Motors Corp Wednesday said it now expects its sales in China to grow by more than 20% in 2009, an optimistic increase from the projection of 5% to 10% announced in April, said GM China CEO Kevin Wale, Reuters reported. The CEO said in an interview with Reuters that the Chinese automobile market has been stronger than the company expected. GM's bankruptcy
