Jul. 7, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Far East Industrial Stock Co Ltd<000681>, which is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of garments, has announced that it will offer 208.04 million shares at an average price of RMB 2.03 apiece to an investment company in Shenyang, Liaoning Province in exchange for a 100% stake in a real estate firm, sources reported.
