Jul. 3, 2009 (China Knowledge) - In the first half of this year, Beijing sold 83,000 units in residential properties at an average price of RMB 13,000 per square meter (sq m), reflecting a year-on-year growth of 86% in transaction volume, sources reported.
The city's commercial property transaction volume hit 110,010 units during the first six months of this year.
