Jul. 2, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Franshion Property (China) Ltd<0817> on Jun. 30 won the bidding for a piece of land in Beijing at the price of RMB 4.06 billion or RMB 16,022 per square meter (sq m) of potential floor area, a record price for Beijing land sold in public, sources reported.
