Property firms acquire 8 land parcels in Beijing in 2 days

Jul. 1, 2009 (China Knowledge) - On Jun. 24, a Beijing-based real estate developer acquired one piece of land for RMB 1.74 billion or RMB 6,265 per square meter (sq m) of potential floor area in Tongzhou District, Beijing and another for RMB 188 million or RMB 5,986 per sq m in the same district, source reported.
