Jun. 18, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Geely Automobile Holidngs<0175>, a major domestic automaker in China, has reached a preliminary agreement with Ford Motor Co to buy the latter's Volvo brand, the Shanghai Daily reported.Zhejiang-based Geely plans to set up a plant in Dongguan, Guangdong Province to produce the Volvo XC90.
