CNPC, UMW Holdings' JV starts operation in Qinhuangdao

Jun. 8, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Zhongyou BSS (Qiangdao) Petropipe Co Ltd, a JV between Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co Ltd, a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Malaysia-based UMW Holdings Bhd, on Friday started production in Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, sources reported.Zhongyou BSS (Qiangdao) Petropipe involves a total investment of RMB 1.3 billion.
