Hopson Development to raise US$216 mln

Jun. 5, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Hopson Development Holdings Ltd<0754> intends to issue 120 million new shares to raise up to US$216 million, sources reported, citing a market insider. The Hong Kong-listed real estate developer will offer new shares at prices ranging from HK$13.3 to HK$14.03 per share, reflecting a discount of 3% to 8% compared with Wednesday's closing price of HK$14.46.
