China Eastern to issue 1.44 bln new H-shares

May. 26, 2009 (China Knowledge) - China Eastern Airlines Ltd<600115><0670><CEA>, the country's third-largest carrier, said on Friday that it has obtained approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) to issue 1.44 billion new H-shares to CES Global Holdings (Hong Kong) Ltd.The average share price of the transaction will be RMB 1 apiece, according to the company'
