Far Eastern Bank to acquire AIG's Taiwan credit card business

May 25, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Taiwan-based Far Eastern International Bank (FEIB) said its board has agreed to spend NT$2.3 billion~NT$3 billion to acquire the credit-card operation and accounts-receivable business of AIG Credit Card Co (Taiwan) Ltd, according to the lender's statement filed with the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
