May 11, 2009 (China Knowledge) - China National Offshore Oil Corp (CNOOC), the country's largest offshore oil company, on May 10 announced that it plans to spend RMB 20 billion building a base for natural gas exploration in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, source reported.
