Praxair establishes JV with Sinopec

May 5, 2009 (China Knowledge) - Praxair Inc announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Praxair (China) Investment Co Ltd has set up a joint venture (JV) with China's largest oil refiner, China Petroleum & Chemical Corp (Sinopec Group), in Guangzhou province, southern China.
